R.I.P. Mark Reale

Mark Reale, founding member and guitar player for the New York based heavy metal band Riot died Wednesday, January 25th at the age of 56 from complications of Crohns Disease.  He was the only consistent member of Riot since it's formation in 1975.  Riot has released 14 studio albums, the latest of which was Immortal Soul, which came out in October of 2011.  He was a unique and influential musical and he will be sorely missed by the metal community across the world.

Welcome to my blog!

This is my blog for my radio show at California University of PA.  My show airs every Friday from 10am-2pm.  The music I will mostly be playing on my show will be traditional metal, thrash, NWOBHM, power and doom metal.  On this blog you will be able to find playlists from the shows I have done, my attempts at reviewing new albums and pictures I've taken from concerts.  This show evolved from the show I had for a number of semesters, The Rockiest Rock to have ever Rocked Rock and Roll...Rock.
